Shalom, my name is Paula Leitner. I was born into a Dutch Catholic family. I grew up in the Charismatic Renewal, which at that time was very ecumenical.

Here I could taste the richness of diversity within the Body of Messiah while embracing my own tradition.

Israel was also ‘present’ in those meetings and I developed a natural love for Israel as God's chosen people and land.

​

As I grew up, God gave me several places where both love for Israel and love for diversity in the Body of Messiah were nurtured and had the opportunity to grow. Since 2008, God has begun to connect me to the Messianic Jewish part of the Body of Messiah.

At the same time, He has given me a calling to work for unity of the Body of Messiah, first between Jew and Gentile, then also between different denominations. My main vocation in this is in intercessory prayer and praise.
